hello i have suggestion wh you dont make a location or play zone i mean like is the game International , europe , and etc it will be very helpfull

I agree to this, but instead of making a whole new section to say "These games are international" and so forth; Why not just edit some part of the Game's review (On the part it says Filesize, quality, etc.) to be "North American only" or "Europe only". Less work.

Plus, all games are pretty much going to be international unless stated otherwise.

they cant really tell you much more than what company produces it, nationality of game, and genre

the others things such as size,player base they can only say what the game says which they lie a lot about
omer does have a youtube channel showing them as first impressions that does a decent job

Well some are hosted by different companies for different versions. I know Atlantica Online North America is by NDoors, and the global version (atleast i think) is by Ijji

From what I understand, I think OP wants to suggest that Omer puts the Game Host's location along side the data of the review (Player size, file size, Quality, etc.)
But since there's no real way to know every location for the game Hosts, it'd be better to put what the service caters to instead.
In example,

Publisher: Ntreev
For: European players only
Playerbase: Low
Graphics: Low Quality
Type: MMO
EXP Rate: Medium
PvP: Versus mode
Filesize: 584 MB

Publisher: Ntreev
For: International (Except Japan, Korea, China)
Playerbase: Low
Graphics: Low Quality
Type: MMO
EXP Rate: Medium
PvP: Versus mode
Filesize: 584 MB

Because not all games cater to every country. In example, you read the review for Dungeon Fighter Online and go, "Wow! This looks good, I'm going to download it." but when you do, you try log in and find your country is IP blocked, then you just wasted time and download bandwidth.
(Though, for Dungeon Fighter it tells you you're blocked when you try download it; I'm saying hypothetically, because not all games show this warning before download)
